Campbell's The Wisest Kid in the Whole World

I'm excited to share that I'm now an ambassador for The Campbell Soup Company's The Wisest Kid in the Whole World program! While the cute commercials have already started airing on TV, today's the big day when Campbell's introduces The Wisest Kid to the world from Noon to 2 p.m. in Times Square NYC, and I'll be there :-)

                    

Campbell's adorable "everykid" espouses wisdom as only an eight-year-old kid can. We all know the funny and wise things kids say. They observe and tell things as they are - without pretense, history or judgement, and it can be so simplified and sweet that everyone in the room laughs or nods in agreement.

On a recent trip to Chicago, I was getting ready in the hotel room to run to a work meeting while my son was playing MineCraft on the iPad. I was about to leave and asked The Kiddo and my husband if I looked okay. The Kiddo said - without looking up from the iPad - "You look GREAT!"

I said, "How do you know? You didn't even look at me!"

Without missing a beat, he kept playing and said, "I don't need to look at you. You always look beautiful." Then he looked up at me and smiled a smile that melted my heart. 

C2cDad burst out laughing from across the room. We have no idea where The Kiddo thought to say that. He's obviously wiser than his years - and his dad in that situation! ;-)
