I had a fun recent afternoon at the NYC launch of the Campbell's Wisest Kid campaign. Everyone was excited to see The Wisest Kid answering questions up on the big board overlooking the Campbell's Soup pop-up booth in Times Square. :-) People were wearing The Wisest Kid beards and handing out cans of Campbell's Condensed Soup.
The stunning Ana Ortiz was there for the launch, amidst the larger-than-life Campbell's soup can kiosks and she was 100% lovely. I chatted with her about coast-to-coast family life, about wrapping up the first season of Lifetime's Devious Maids, and - of course - about preparing healthy foods for our kids (she has two).
One of Ana's go-to easy recipes for her family is the 15 minute chicken & rice recipe using Campbell's condensed soup - one that takes me back to c2cDad's and my early days together, as it was a quick-and-easy favorite dinner of ours. The only change we've made to the recipe over the years is that we use brown rice instead of white.
As for The Wisest Kid, I couldn't pull one over on him. I asked him why kids need us to ask them to do something multiple times before they do it. Here's his response up on the big board in Times Square . . .

Special thanks to Campbell's condensed soups for sponsoring me and offering this fun opportunity as I serve as a brand ambassador for the next few months!
